Why become a Member?
By becoming a Member of CCA you will be demonstrating your support for the work of the organisation and strengthening its voice as a body that represents carers. Full Members are also entitled to vote at the AGM.
Please note however, that you DO NOT have to be a member of CCA in order to receive support or information from Falkirk & Clackmannanshire Carers Centre. These services are available to all local carers.
Type of memberships
Full membership is open to all carers over 18 years of age in Falkirk district and Clackmannanshire and any individual who supports the aims and objectives of CCA.
Associate membership is open to young carers under the age of 18, and representatives of other bodies who support the aims and objectives of CCA.
Central Carers Association is managed by a voluntary Board of Trustees elected from the membership of the organisation. The Board of Directors has up to 12 members, at least one third of whom are carers.
There is currently an annual subscription fee of £5 for full and associate membership.
If you’re a UK taxpayer, you can increase the value of your subscription fee at no extra cost to you. Thanks to the Government’s Gift Aid Scheme, we will be able to claim back 25p for every £1 collected in this, previous and future financial years. All you have to do is indicate your permission by ticking and signing the Gift Aid box in this registration form.
