Pauline Phee, Network Manager from Neighbourhood Networks, a service that supports adults with disabilities. Pauline will share information about the services and the support they provide. Lisa Wilson, AHP Falls Lead from Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership, will also be joining us to talk about supports in the community, how to prevent hip fractures, and discuss findings from their recent online questionnaire that you might have completed.
